How it works

From your first RESX file to a finished translation in five steps.

1. Register your organization

   Register with the name of your organization. You become its administrator, and we send you an e-mail to set your password.

2. Create a project

   A project is one application: its base language, the language its source texts are written in, and the languages you translate it into.

3. Import your resource files

   Drop the root RESX files onto the project. Language files you already have can come along: their translations are imported, and a language the project does not have yet is added.

4. Invite your translators

   Add the people of your organization and put them in teams. A team gets its languages and a role in a project: it translates the project, or it manages it.

5. Translate and download

   Translators see their own languages and the keys meant for them. Follow the progress, and download the finished files whenever you are ready.

Who does what

Organization administrator

Runs the organization: creates its projects and teams, and invites its users. Whoever registers the organization is the first one.

Project administrator

Manages a project: its languages, its resource files and the teams that work on it.

Translator

Translates the keys of a project into the languages of their team.
